Our mind has a mind of its own.

About This Quote

Before I read this quote, I thought that it meant that our mind was free to go or that our mind was not under control of someone else. However, this quote does not mean these things at all. It is saying that our mind has a mind of its own. Our mind acts without us knowing what the outcome will be.

We are not aware if our actions are good or bad or if they are right or wrong. This quote is saying that whatever we do with our life is up to us and that we should not blame anyone for the choices we make.
